Three-valve assy consists of three valves which are connected to each other, the left side is the high-pressure shut-off valve, the right side is the low-pressure shut-off valve, and the center is the balancing valve.
The three-valve assy is used in conjunction with a differential pressure transmitter to connect or disconnect the positive and negative pressure measurement chambers from the pressure source, or to disconnect or connect the positive and negative pressure measurement chambers.
Proper use of the three-valve assy prevents damage to the differential pressure transmitter due to pressure overload at one end.
